Responsibilities:

• Working closely with cross-functional groups to ensure client objectives are being met in the most efficient and effective manner
• Ability to contribute to the development of implementation plans while ensuring scalability of the proposed solutions
• As a pure remote role, the ability to autonomously maintain productivity with little oversight of management or supervision
• Act as a consultant in a strategic capacity to our clients in ensuring solutions are conducive to client satisfaction Strong ability to identify and enable technology supported by client objectives
• Evaluation skills as a mechanism to drive secondary and tertiary solutions as options for recommendation of the most effective software resolutions
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and other Salesforce solutions with the ability to identify which licensing, product stack is best suited for the client’s objectives

Required:

• Bachelor's degree, ideally with at least five years Salesforce consulting experience or other applicable industry expertise
• At least two years in a role requiring technical, or solution-oriented thinking, leadership roles are a plus Experience in working within departments (sales) and interfacing with and managing clients
• Proven demonstration in the ability to present to clients, stakeholders and executives in a way in which enables sales
• Experience in Salesforce request for proposal processes with a touch on the pre-sales, onboarding and post-sales process
• Ideally holding a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification with at least five years of CRM consulting or implementation experience, and at least four end-to-end Salesforce implementations comprising of either/or: the Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or the Salesforce Service Cloud
